Staff were courteous and efficient. Waiting area was clean and chairs socially distanced. Masks and sanitisers readily available.

All hospital staff were supportive and caring during my procedure. They reassured me when I was alone before my operation for which I am truly greatful.

We have used Spire Hartswood many times, and they are always excellent. I highly recommend them.

The receptionist were quite easy to approach. They listened carefully and patiently. The hospital was very clean. Best part was that I didn't have to wait for long which otherwise gets difficult with children.

My experience of both our patient and having surgery at Spire Hartswood was brilliant. Hospital was very clean, and I was there during Covid and felt safe at all times. All the staff I met were very efficient and professional but also very kind, helpful and friendly. There is a nice atmosphere at The Spire Hartswood from as soon as you enter Reception, and throughout the hospital. I would definitely recommend.
