From the very first phone call they were really nice, friendly and happy manner from both the ladies I spoke too. Getting an appointment was easy and when it suited us. My appointment time needed pushing back 15 minutes but I was called by Spire with plenty of notice and it wasn’t a huge change in time. When we arrived at the hospital parking was a bit of an issue there was no parking and being out of area we had no idea where to park. Once inside the hospital it was very clean. We were greeted by two lovely smiling faces and nothing was too much trouble. We were directed to free tea and coffee which was gratefully received as we had a long drive. We were called in on time. We were called in by a lovely smiling nurse.
