initial physio after surgery was disappointing, otherwise everything was excellent

From first entering Southbank Hospital for my initial consultation with Mr Aslam through to admission as a patient, undergoing surgery, after care including physio treatment and through to discharge, I was very impressed. Throughout the process every member of staff was courteous and attentive. I can't thank them enough.

I was looked after well and made a good recovery post operation. Pain control was extremely good.

All round the staff were excellent.

Very well run and staff very attentive to needs. Room was very comfortable and well equipped en suite bathroom.

The patient cam first, attention to detail. excellent overal Pity there was no egg & bacon for brekkie!

While an inpatient I found the staff pleasant but distant. I realise they were very busy but time to stop and chat ( for a very short time ) would have been good.
