I appreciate they are undergoing building works and this isn't the usual experience.  But, at the moment, for all patients (out-patient, arriving in-patients, visits) you're greeted by a tiny two-person reception desk with a similarly small sized waiting area.  If there's more than one patient waiting at the desk, you have to queue outside as there's no other option if the rest of the area is full.  Slow service as there's not enough room for the usual number of staff.

Very quick to be seen, staff were friendly and efficient. The hospital was clean and masks were provided.

We have used Spire many times so we know what to expect.I miss the newspapers.

Had to wait 40 minutes late but I understand ‘everyone’ who can afford to ‘private’ will now as NHS so behind with consultation times etc.
