My negative experience came from a pre operative surgery phone call . The person insisted I needed no pre-operative testing especially since working in another unit . Day of operation , all cancelled and rescheduled to the following month to allow for testing, which of course came back positive.

Spire hospital has a great atmosphere inside and is a friendly environment which I found very comforting prior to operation. All the nurses that I encountered were brilliant and always on hand to help me.

Excellent experience with the hospital with no issues contacting the hospital and making appointments. The hospital was clean and provided coffee and adequate seating in the waiting areas.

Friendly staff who were efficient and helpful.

I couldn’t book in for the ultrasound scan because “the booking system was upstairs”. I have to wait for them to send it to me. Mr Kent said to book it for an appropriate time for me as the injection will be painful, but it looks like they will just pick a date
