I felt very safe on my visit to the spire today

Always very friendly staff, especially Miss Kaushik, Mr Husssain and his assistant Claire. Visited today under all Covid-19 regulations were were good but the reception waiting area looked very shabby and could could do with painting and matching chairs.

On the whole I was quite satisfied but on a previous occasion with my husband I wasn’t at all satisfied

This was my first surgery and I felt well care for. A very positive experience.

Very helpful and appreciated the follow up call after I went home. As always the nursing staff were very busy but very good.

Very clean and efficiently run hospital.

Always greeted by friendly receptionists, directed to waiting areas. Drinks available of a good quality. Good Ambiance, clean and tidy. Inpatient, rooms nice, quiet, clean and well decorated. Very good overall experience.
