Excellent hospital - the NHS could learn some lessons!

I had to have an ECG before seeing the Doctor. A student nurse took me to the room & asked me to remove my top. I then asked if I had to remove my bra. She asked if it was underwired. I said yes, so she went to ask the nurse. When the student nurse left the room she left the door open about 30cm so everyone could see me as she had not put the curtain around the bed. I picked up my top and held it up. When she returned she didn’t close the door. I asked her to put the curtain round, she said she would when the nurse came. Neither the nurse or student nurse put the curtain around. The nurse did lock the door. My husband was in the room also which obviously was fine but I definitely felt that the curtain should have been closed around the bed. The student nurse is is definitely not been trained properly. This needs addressing.

I had a operation in march everything went brilliant the outcome was a lot better then I thought I could get 100% happy with dr allouni from my first visit to say what was going to happen to the follow up visits couldn’t have asked for more
