Fabulous hospital, lovely waiting areas, friendly staff, good parking

Having had a first class encounter with Prof Anderson who directed me to have bloods taken. I went immediately to the Glamorgan building to be told by a nurse that I was 10 minutes late and couldn’t have bloods taken. A further appointment couldn’t be made by the desk clerk. The phone was permanently engaged. It seemed quite a different experience to moments before, starkly different indeed.
