Very pleasant staff and good customer experience

Had an overall good experience with Spire hospital, sometimes the wait time would be a bit longer than expected but I understood why after meeting Mr Wilson, he takes time with his patients and never rushes through an appointment so I was more than happy to wait.

The whole team that looked after me before, during and after my procedure were wonderful.

I have attended Spire Bristol several times . Everything from cleanliness, medical care, information and catering are always excellent.

The staff at the spire were all very friendly and helpful at all times , nothing was to much trouble , this is the second operation at the spire and I aways recommend it

The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cold staff member upon entry to ward showing me to room, and then just left. Would have liked more time here. Nurse pre and post op lovely. Theatre staff chirpy. Anaesthesiologist great.
