Dr Andy was professional to an exceptional degree. He listened carefully to my explanation of the pain I was experiencing and focused on my complaint before continuing with a general checkup. He was jovial too making me feel totally at ease without ever veering into unprofessionalism. The receptionist (who’s name I didn’t catch I’m sorry!) was friendly And warm and warned me of my wait time. Due to coronavirus cleaning procedures my wait time was extended slightly but I could not have minded less thanks to the staff’s clarity and apologies. It also reassured me that they were taking the utmost care on the cleaning process.
