I always find my dentist visits a pleasant experience, reception team are lovely and welcoming, the dental nurses are kind and each dentist I’ve seen has been very nice and explain everything to me well. Very rarely have I had to wait long to be seen, once I did and was told straight away that there was a delay. Overal a great dentist surgery.

There was a queue outside presumably because the practice was closed for lunch. Every year I have to fill in a form even though nothing has changed, I can’t understand this pointless exercise. Even though I booked months in advance I couldn’t see the hygienist on the same day as the dentist. The dental check up was very brief and I had to ask the dentist for a clean as was not offered one, then there was a little scrape and that was it. I did not get offered any fluid to rinse my mouth out. I need further treatment and two days later still waiting for a quote.
