Very efficient and friendly

Only lost one star as had to wait for an appointment for quite a long time. Other than that, friendly and helpful and dentist was excellent

I received a call saying my dental appointment had been changed. When I arrived I was told I was 1 hour early. I explained I was called and this was rectified. I saw the hygienist who told me I need to see another hygienist next time, I explained my understanding was I had booked with that hygienist this time. I then saw dentist for my check up, he was confused that I was told to see another hygienist, said nothing on my notes and that he couldn’t understand why I was told this as both hygienists the same. It felt like de ja vu as had exactly the same conversation with hygienist and dentist last time -all very confusing!

I was seen promptly and a treatment plan made. The dentist was very kind and explained the whole process clearly.

Excellent! Very efficient and friendly. Each step of the procedure well explained.

I was reduced to tears by the hygenist Josh. I had to finish the treatment early as I couldn't cope with discomfort.
