Extremely efficient as always.

It was all good except for the wait. My dentist could not use her usual room due to there being an engineer sorting out a problem. Once she found a room to work in it was fine.

The receptionist greeted me with a smile and directed me on where to go to wait. Waited around 10 minutes. It was late in the afternoon so I guess a slight delay may build up over the course of the day and is to be expected. The waiting area is warm and comfortable enough. It was my first time visiting a new dentist. She was friendly and welcoming. The examination itself I felt was very thorough. I needed no further treatment. The dentist recommended a visit to the hygienist and using X-rays she had taken, explained why this was so. She also explained the cost of the hygienist visit. On returning to reception the lady had my bill for the checkup ready and waiting for me. All very organised. All in all a very positive experience.

Somewhat confused

I found the experience very relaxing and very friendly. Having been a patient of Dr Amin for many years I was quite nervous of a new dentist. But Monish made me feel at ease straight away and clearly explained to me what was happening and what my options are on my return. The receptionist and dental nurse very also very friendly and helpful.
