I had a great visit to the home and got the chance to meet their therapy dog. I can’t wait to see how the dog show goes at the end of the month

Really good care home. Excellent staff and caring environment

My Dad was in a very unwell stage of Dementia and Parkinson's and came to Romford Care Home from the hospital. Since being at Romford Care Home as a family we have not had to worry about the level of care he receives. All staff are welcoming, friendly, kind, and honest about my dad's needs and situation and how they manage his high levels needs. We have every faith in Romford Care Home and how well they are meeting all my dad's needs.

Everyone has been very helpful and made my sister's first few days at the care home feel at home and helped her to adjust to a new life with excellent support from the carers
