Excellent service, staff very friendly. Consultant was clear and concise and took time to explain procedure making me completely at ease.

Disappointed with the final day when I was being discharged. Total lack of information as to what was going to happen and poor response to promised equipment to help me after release. Excellent consultant and care pre op and post op except the night of the operation when I was in severe pain all night long which the pain killers did not touch. Morphine?
