Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker.

This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. 

She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

Dr Maria has been such a great help, I have achieved so much progress in my life with her help. The receptionist staff are always friendly and helpful both in person and by email.

I have been coming to the Priory for a couple of months now - the centre itself is very warming and the reception staff are really friendly and helpful. 

Great staff at reception. Sessions are effective, and progressive. 

The experience at Harley street is very nice and calm. The waiting rooms are very lovely and all the staff are great. 

Everyone is so professional, polite, kind and helpful.
