Receptionists are always nice and the facilities in the clinic are wonderful. Dr Yin is very sympathetic and she makes me feel she understands me better than I do.

Very calming and welcoming staff in the reception area. Staff are prompt to answer the phone and arrange appointments. Therapists and psychiatrists I have seen are professional, on time and very effective. Facilities like waiting areas and toilets are well kept and peaceful. Never feels too busy.
