Two outpatient sessions for acute anxiety issues with Dr Jackson after coming as an inpatient ten years ago. Reception staff exemplary in their greeting and dealing with any queries. Excellent insight and perception provided by Dr Jackson during the two sessions and good diagnosis and course of treatment recommended. Appropriate follow up actions agreed during appointment. Would thoroughly recommend the hospital and Dr Jackson for treatment of anxiety and depression related conditions.

I was happy with the appointment overall,

I think that the reception was very friendly and the hospital had a nice atmosphere. Dr Catherine Roland was friendly and understanding and a very good listener. She really listened to my parents requests. Wait time wasn’t long at all.

I found most of the appointment process to be ok. The coffee machine was not working but there was alternatives.

Staff very help full.
