X ray department needs to improve waiting times and scheduling. Appointment times much improved from previous experiences a few years ago. However the reception and ancillary staff need training on how to receive needed information such as insurance details cover etc. without putting this before a welcoming attitude to the hospital which has changed quite dramatically and is extremely off putting for someone who has used Parkside hospital for over 10 years.

All the staff were friendly and reassuring, especially the nurses. The night nurse assigned to look after me took great care of me during my recovery.

I've been in several hospitals over the years in central London but after my surgery at the the Parkside Hospital in Wimbledon I would not want to go elsewhere again and highly recommend it. The nursing care and friendliness was better than I've ever experienced before. The food was better too and I have to say, that as much as I could in the circumstances, I really enjoyed my stay with them. A big thank you to the Parkside Hospital, keep up the excellent standards!
