The staff at Optegra are always friendly and helpful. As someone who attends regularly I can say for sure that patient care is at the highest standard. The only issue is that you can turn up for your appointment on time and have to wait a further hour to be seen.

The premises was clean and most staff were friendly, with the exception of the optometrist. After requesting laser vision-correction I was told my prescription was too small to be operated on, despite it being within the bounds specified on Optegra's site. I had a consultation with a different provider a few weeks afterwards who were happy to operate on my prescription. I feel I was misled by their website and that I wasted my time visiting the hospital.
