New, modern and very clean clinic with friendly and professional staff. I was admitted on time and taken to my cubicle which was clean and comfortable. The nurses were very professional and performed all their duties without causing me any pain. The medical equipment in the clinic is at very high standard.

Secretary to consultant was excellent in managing and arranging tests called for by consultant. She was reliable and friendly. The staff I spoke to for advice in fitting holster device were OK but a person I spoke with was somewhat short and rushed with me allowing me small comfort in knowing clearly what to do. I had to phone ECG Holster contact for additional advice.

The whole process was well managed and the staff were all kind, understanding and very professional.

I was very pleased with the care of all the nurses in OneWelbeck.
