When attending the staff were quick and great, however I have not interacted with a doctor once. I was asked to come in for more tests with zero context as to why, and despite asking twice on the phone for a doctor to follow up and tell me why I needed the extra tests I was never told.

Well organised and everything was explained to me

There was a miscommunication in regards to my initial appointment date what was not very pleasant as I showed up and was not expected admin error. Clinic director contacted me and put things right so I returned for my tests a week later.
