Total kindness from the time I was admitted to the time i was discharged. All outpatient appointments have been on time and very friendly. Cannot fault it.

I was extremely nervous about having gallbladder surgery, the staff and care I received was outstanding and totally put my mind at ease.

Over charged for MRI 2 body parts, told by staff £750 actually charged £950. Heard a telephone call for 2 body parts at £750. Waited awhile for the MRI. X-ray not booked by Zoe so again awhile wait. Both consultant appointments long wait for privately paid visits, although stuck in an accident on the first one! Staff on reception/MRI/X-ray very friendly and helpful.
