How nice it was to be seen at this private hospital, a completely different experience to the normal hospitals

Very good hospital. And they look after you and help you.

I have had a total hip replacement at the One Ashford Hospital, I was so impressed with the whole experience the wonderful surgeon Mr R Thakur a real gentleman was so kind and I felt very safe in his hands, also his anaesthetist who has such a friendly manner and totally put me at ease. All the staff were wonderful but unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the various nurses, doctors, physiotherapists and hospitality they were all stars.

I recently attended One Ashford to see a consultant nephrologist. The doctor I saw was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and I felt that the emphasis was on my health and wellbeing; I wasn't rushed and my problem and management was clearly explained to me in detail. I was given options, and time to make a decision without pressure. Support Staff were fabulous; very professional, but approachable and sympathetic. The facilities at the hospital are great; sofas for your relatives, toilets that are clean and easy to find, and a superb cafe in the lobby, by the check-in desks; very tempting. The hospital was easy to find, and to park; off Junction 10 of the M20 and in the grounds of William Harvey Hospital. There is an automatic barrier to the left as you come in and parking is free. There are disabled spaces by the entrance. I was very impressed and would definitely choose One Ashford in the future, should I need further help, or if another problem arises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL.

Was seen promptly for my appointment and staff were friendly.

My experience frome start to finish was 2nd to none. All the staff from receptionist porter nurses and professor Dhinsa were fantastic! I was made to feel at ease every step of my treatment, the physiotherapists were so friendly when they came to fit me for my shoe and crutches. Well done One Ashford!
