Waited a bit longer than I’d expect but staff very helpful and friendly

The experience that I have had is excellent.

As expected for a private hospital, everything ran very smoothly. I had approximate wait of 20 minutes which is fine however I really wish the coffee machines would be put back into use! Either that or remove them all together as their presence just reminds you that 'you could really fancy a coffee', especially when you have time to drink it.

Friendly staff and compassionate. Had no issues here everyone was professional. I had my first scans done here via Dr Kassam who booked me for them and the staff actually showed compassion and even said a prayer before I went into the machine with me. Angels on earth I say.
