See previous post re consultant I did have to wait 40 minutes at first appointment but understand things may not always go to plan and emergencies may arise

Very patient-centric....parking is easy, nice waiting rooms, great staff (both admin and medical), you are seen as per your appointment time.

Everything was fine, there was a long wait time on the day of my appointment but people had far more serious problems than me.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable both post- and pre-op. Both the nurses and food teams were so nice and easy to talk to. The facilities, food and aftercare was wonderful, and made me feel more at ease, especially after major surgery. The anesthetist team was wonderful and made me feel so calm before surgery I had no apprehensions about going into the surgery - could not thank them enough as that was where most of my nerves laid, as I had never had an anesthetic before. Could not fault it at all. If anything I would like to thank every person that helped me in some way during my time at the hospital.
