Warm and welcoming Clean and waiting room was comfortable

The team at the Nuffield Leeds were outstanding, especially the staff on the ward, their attention to detail and kindness made the whole experience stress free and with assurance of their intention to look after me as the patient, but also my Husband as a visitor.

The hotel room was kept extremely clean through out my stay at Nuffield and all the staff I came across were friendly and happy to help with any assistance I required.

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
