All aspects of my care prior to surgery and during my stay in the Nuffield Hospital Hereford were excellent and gave me great deal of confidence for a successful outcome from the procedures that were carried out.

Only downside is their telephone booking system which now seems to take you through to a central call centre. Spent far too long hanging on - perhaps the managers should try phoning in to make a booking!

Overall very good. The only small negative is the difficulty getting through on the phone to book the appointment.

An overal good experience. Receptionists friendly & Helpful. Radiology team very poloite, helpful & courteous and allowed dignity.

Overall my experience was good. Parked easily. Friendly faces when I walked in, reception was clean and tidy. I did have to wait for my appointment, the doctor I saw was lovely explained everything really well and clearly. He didn’t rush me.

Pleasant and welcoming environment, plenty of parking, easy to find.

Well run, professional and efficient.
