I was told to arrive early to get a chest X-ray but was forgotten about in the waiting area for 45 minutes. They found me in the end and sorted it out but it wasn’t a great first experience of the hospital. The doctors and nursing staff were superb. The actual appointment was very good and I left feeling very reassured about my health concerns.

My visits to Nuffield Health Guildford were painless and the staff I met from reception to nursing staff were professional and friendly and respectfull throughout my visits.

Most of the nurses and doctors were AMAZING! One nurse was not very pleasant and clearly hadn’t read my notes as tried to get me out of bed when I knew I wasn’t meant to just yet. Other than that everyone was so helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease. Happy to help me wash and get dressed and get in and out of my bed
