Mr Siddiqui was very welcoming and professional. He has a lovely manner that puts patients at ease. He listens and it's very clear that he cares. I would recommend anyone with vascular issues to seek him out for advice and treatment.

Most members of staff I met were very friendly and helpful, a few members were not quite as friendly and welcoming

Very efficient, welcoming and felt entirely comfortable.

Overall very good however my experience with pre op telephone apt not so. First time took time off work to receive call and nobody called. 3rd time didn't call when they said and I was told my operation may not go ahead because I had to return to work. Therefore missed the call.

All communications and processes were clearly explained in a friendly and helpful manner.
