The administration of the paperwork for the referral was a little bit misdirected. There were pehaps a few too many staff involved and I found this did not allow for more efficient administration.

I have attended the Nuffield Derby on numerous occasions now, both with my own surgery and my sons. I have found everyone to be very professional and caring each time I have attended.
