Fantastic experience, kind attentive staff, treated like a queen

Overall great friendly service, all put completely at ease.

The clinic is busy but runs efficiently. Occasionally, messages that I’ve given haven’t been passed on to relevant members of staff.

I have had three IUI treatments at the clinic and I am just at the end of IVF. My whole experience at the clinic has been fantastic. I am a slightly anxious person but the staff have made me feel so at ease throughout my time here. Whether it be lovely Rita at reception or any of the lovely patient advisors.
