Dr Savin and his staff at Lumen made the whole experience so positive. In particular to Dora for looking after me and to Natalie for sorting out the business end of things. The MRI staff took time to make sure I was at ease before I was placed in scanner.

The clinic is immaculate and the staff are VERY friendly - The assessment went into great detail and the results were relayed very professionally and easy to understand
