I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Chapman and his team during my colonoscopy. I didn’t have to wait at all, everything was done promptly and on time. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and what was most important was that Dr Chapman took considerable time to speak to me before and after the procedure. The nurses answered all my questions and were constantly available for any concerns I had. Everything which they did was explained throughly to me, which really helps when going through an unpleasant procedure

My PET scan was delayed by 3 hours because of insufficient supply of contrast, despite my appointment being booked a few weeks in advance. Despite this, the standards of care and information/updates were very good, and my MRI scans, done on the same day, were excellent.
