All staff have been so professional,courteous and have been treated with utmost respect. Have felt safe and reassured throughout my surgical experience. Consultant has been amazing throughout.A very talented gentleman in his field.

After diagnosis the admin was dreadful. I agreed a date for surgery by phone, for 3 weeks away. After 10 days I had not received confirmation in writing. I had to send a demanding email, which was copied to my surgeon and insurance provider. I work in the NHS. My manager could not apply for funding to cover my post for 3-4 months without confirmation. I had to cancel leave to train my replacement just a few days before surgery. Bloody nightmare.
