Clean, professional, and prompt

This was my first time visiting the hospital, and I was really impressed by the overall experience. All staffs were friendly and my doctor was patient and professional.

I was so impressed by Nicholas Mdakane, the gentleman who carried out the tests for me, that nothing stood out about the rest of the experience at the hospital that day. He ticks all the right boxes regarding professionalism, approachability, and patient focus. He wildly exceeded the expectations I had for this appointment.
