Great experience

It was most disappointing not to be greeted by any of the 2 receptionists who continued to look down at their laptops when I arrived at the desk, and I needed to say 'who wants me' for one of them to look up. Also, one receptionist loudly shouted 'Oy' to a delivery driver who dropped off a parcel that she required him to pass over the barrier. It was unprofessional and unnecessary, the whole waiting room patients looked at each in surprise and felt embarrassed for the courier.

Great hospital, just not enough parking

First class service! I was seen by my chosen consultant within a few minutes and investigations and follow up booked.

I haven't been to the hospital appointment yet, so can't really comment on Cherwell Hospital yet
