I received very good care at this hospital, the staff were lovely and friendly and everything was done in an efficient and professional manner

Nothing to comment on everyone was friendly and always checked you understood where to go

The staff at Highgate hospital are superb from the admin staff, to the nursing staff to the theatre surgery staff and not forgetting the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff and the truly outstanding physiotherapists! My anaesthetist, Denise, was also superb as was her assistant, Nelson. Many thanks to you all for the great care I received recently when admitted for knee replacement surgery.

The nurse couldn’t wait to try to rush me home and told me upon entering my room at approx 6pm not to sleep as I had to be discharged by 11:30pm and could sleep when I got home. She didn’t tell me about my medication clearly and they have wrongly invoiced me repeatedly for medication dated a day I wasn’t even at the hospital

Extremely difficult to make an appointment via telephone. Everything else is perfect
