The care has been fantastic and staff very friendly and caring, especially the nurses.

Experience has been amazing from all staff and all processes and steps explained really well with lots of care. Use of the app has been so helpful as well for remembering everything. All the staff take really good care of you and get to you as a person

Overall, a really good experience. The only thing was I didn't realise the SIS would be so painful and I felt a bit silly being in so much pain because I wasn't given this information. I would have preferred to know it would be painful beforehand. Other than that, we had a great experience, the staff are so friendly and informative. Special shout out to Tracey for alleviating my anxieties before transfer, very trauma informed care. Thank you!
