Always a warm welcome returning to HCA at UCH and exemplary care, consideration and courtesy from all staff. Covid restrictions prevented visitors so the friendliness and warmth of all staff was so very welcome. All the housekeeping staff were very considerate, polite and helpful. Always seeking permission before cleaning the room, emptying bins etc. I couldn’t have been better taken care of.

From the reception team to the consultant, the service I have experienced has been exceptional. I cannot praise the the team highly enough.
