Caring and efficient.

Very impressed with the service from initial contact to the tests. Communication was great and very responsive. Laura at reception being given a special mention for arranging the tests and level of courtesy and professionalism.

We were greeted nicely waiting time was less then 10 minutes the CONSULTANT was very good explaining very CLEARLY the SYMPTOMS and further action to be taken ..overall very good..

Had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. But overall experience was good.

Such wonderful ladies at front office. Always take time to see Mrs Mohnblatt and always there if you need anything. Lovely visiting

I was made to feel both welcome and at ease from the moment I arrived. Little things matter when visiting a Dr to discuss serious issues such as the heart or lungs. Remembering me from prior visits, minimising bureaucracy and a genuine attentive service where nothing is too much are all part of what you can expect at Harefield.
