Very good from start to finish!

Excellent facility. Very reassuring staff working and providing care to their patients. At this facility the patient comes first.

I entered Genesis Care frightened and concerned about the future ad almost immediately I felt very cared for by a team who have become close friends and always there to support . I feel so fortunate to be under their care

Very caring and attentive

This is a fairly new facility and is very clean with lovely surroundings. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable. The only slight downside is that it is not open at weekends so if there is a problem at the weekend you have to go into Addenbrookes. I have seen professor Follows at the Nuffield which is open at weekends.

All staff are helpful and approachable. Nothing I say too much trouble.
