Excellent service with care, compassion and friendliness. All of what you need when you are worried. Cannot rate them more highly.

Very quick and easy. Friendly and reassuring doctor, had a scan and then waited for 10 minutes with a coffee and biscuit from reception

I would not recommend GenesisCare Milton Keynes - it took me weeks of chasing to get a copy of my clinicians letter only to find that it was factually incorrect in the most insensitive way possible. Then when I complained they advised that the doctors don't actually work for them at all. So they claim that their team includes doctors but actually it doesn't.

Meanwhile, to clarify, while we do not directly employ our doctors, they all work with us under practicing privileges, which is standard practice across many organisations in the UK.
