I have received treatment at FHH in the past. This experience was as good as the earlier ones. The only minor problem was a mix up with an appointment time.

The majority of staff were very friendly and professional, apart from one nurse who was doing the pre op check ins. I felt very rushed and ignored. Receptionist was lovely, super friendly and helpful. Dr Odak, such a great doctor and very friendly.

1st class experience all round.

On the whole, it has been excellent. There was just one occasion where I had taken time out of work to attend, only to be told whilst waiting that my consultant was at another hospital and there shouldn't have been a clinic so it would have to be rearranged but I was in the next day. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and the service I've received has been brilliant.

Very professional, welcoming and friendly. Consultation with doctor was very informative and reassuring also with the follow up appointment with the nurse. The overall experience was excellent.
