Lovely staff from reception to the dentist - very welcoming and they put me at ease right away :)

The dentist and his assistant both make me feel at ease and have removed the fear of dentists all together. He remains calm and explains each treatment I need in simple terms. Would recommend

Waited outside for some time after following instructions on the door which said to ring the bell. When I called I was told that the door is open. Only when I complained I received a weak apology ☹️ My dentist made up for it with her pleasant manor 🙂

Other than the dentist running late, he was friendly, explained the procedure I was having clearly, and was thorough.

Staff were very helpfull in makeing appointments to suit our needs.The surgery was clean.
