Excellent communication from The moment I made contact, prompt appointment and offer of cancellations in the meantime, Rivka so so helpful and friendly. I’m only 36 with severe dry eye, tried everything for 12 years. Mr Yodaiken was so friendly, professional and informative. Worked hard to unblock My glands with meibomian gland probing, giving me extra time during my consultation. I am seeing a slow improvement (I hope) with my eyes but I believe it can take up to 2-3 months for the glands to start working again. Pleased to get access to treatment not available on the NHS. Friendly and realistic approach. Glad to get some small improvement to my dry eye symptoms.

Although painful at times the probing procedure was not unduly rushed and I was not made to feel awkward or embarrassed. The issues were clearly explained to me and a little bit of humour was appreciated.

I was greeted by a welcoming receptionist and when I met Mr Yodaiken he introduced himself warmly and took the time to listen attentively to my concerns about my watering eyes medical history. He conducted a thorough examination explaining each step along the way and he addressed any questions that I had. After discussing the findings, he offered a personalised recommendation and treatment options and offered to write to my ophthalmologist to explain the findings and recommend treatment. My overall eye consultation was a positive and informative experience. I felt feeling assured and confident that I received thorough attention and expert guidance. Thank you for restoring my hope of finding a solution for my watering problem. I have battled watering eyes for years and finally I look forward to having my watering eyes treated.
