Receptionists we’re polite and friendly, the dentist was extremely calming and gentle in the procedure, the dental nurse was very attentive and on the whole , the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist.

Very pleasant dental experience but think it is slightly unprofessional to arrive for a 1pm appointment and all you can hear is the staff having their lunch break with no one on the desk - be nice if they had a room to go to where they could close the door

Having not been to a dentist in over 5 years I was very anxious before my visit to Dentalessence. All of the staff I came into contact with were extremely friendly, welcoming and informative. The receptionist was very helpful with any questions I had. The dentist and dental nurse that saw me were both extremely friendly and efficient. I called with a request for an emergency appt. They fitted me in the same day even though I wasn't registered with them. I saw Dr Lith, who was so calm and explained everything to me clearly. I am a nervous patient at the dentist's so she really put my mind at ease. I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr Lith took her time, kept pausing when I became anxious and then carried on. This was the best experience I have had at a dentist. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice and especially Dr Lith.
