Breath of fresh air now that my former dentist has moved on and I have been assigned to Shrina. I really felt like my dental health was what the appointment was all about and not about how to upsell beauty or private treatments. Shrina is calm, willing to explain and very thorough. Highly recommended. Reception team friendly and helpful as ever with no waiting before being seen. Can't believe I am saying that a dental check-up followed by a hygienist trip was almost enjoyable but Nerys is also a top class hygienist.

This is my first visit, the staffs were welcoming, friendly, caring. I was given a proposed dental plan which was clearly explained to me, also I was give choices to ensure I was happy before I signed. I was made to feel comfortable even though I was a bit nervous my experience was excellent overall I was happy with the treatment

My appointment was for emergency treatment. I received good advice from the receptionist and was able to secure an appointment for the following day. The dentist I saw was very friendly, performed a thorough diagnosis including treatment with a follow-up in the near future. A great experience considering the unplanned nature of my requirements.
