As usual AJ was on time and my experience was very positive and painless.

While the dental check-up itself was excellent, I was really disappointed when, upon trying to make another appointment for six months' time, I was asked to pay upfront for the appointment. I have been coming to this dentist for over 20 years and am now considering leaving. Speaking to many other patients, it's clear this is a shared sentiment. Since the management change, I have been inundated with marketing e-mails offering teeth whitening and botox. This, combined with the money-grubbing attitude of the new owners, is seriously off-putting. Sorry to say that a once friendly and reliable neighbourhood dentist is now a greedy and opportunistic business.

I found the receptionist on the front desk very helpful and very polite. My dentist was very good at taking time to explain a couple of things to me that i didn't understand in such a way that she didn't make me feel she was rushing me i felt very comfortable. The 2 lady's that were helping her were also very kind and considerate. All in all it was a very pleasant visit to my dentist. Thank you.

Very positive experience. So much of useful information given by the Doctor. No complaints.
