I recently required an emergency appointment with my dentist due to the impact on my teeth from other health issues. Due to the importance of my dental check I was given an appointment for the following morning. Thanks to the receptionist who took the time to look at my notes to understand the reason for the urgency. It makes you feel like an individual and not just another patient when you get a more personal touch with the service. The practice is always a pleasant and friendly place to visit.
